Office basement Storage

Loss:

Complaints of high levels of moisture/condensation/mould/musty smells due to lack of ventilation and high humidity due to a previous escape of water.

Solution:

Team deployed with full PPE, Type FP3 respirators, googles, gloves, type 4/5 coveralls, negative air pressure air scrubber unit installed, dry mould vaccumed using a Type "H" Vac,wet/damp mould treated with a fungicide, all surfaces wiped, mouldy plasterboard removed, bagged and taken for safe off site disposal, areas dried using dessicant dehulidifiers, mechanical extract fans installed, plasterboard walls reinstated, all walls repainted with mould resistant paint.

Conclusion:

Safe storage and office environment restored.
